Your First Visit

Thank you for choosing our office for your dental needs.

We strive to provide a comfortable environment where you'll feel confident in the level of dental care you receive.

When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete our health history form - that will allow us to begin your dental treatment.

Most new patient visits will consist of any necessary x-rays and a thorough examination. This visit will help us get acquainted with each other and learn about your goals and desires for your dental treatment.

If your first visit is for a dental emergency, the tooth in question will be addressed. Depending on the diagnosis, an additional appointment with adequate time may be necessary.

We believe that good dental care begins with open communication. We will discuss with you any symptoms present that may require further dental treatment, our diagnosis, alternative treatments that may exist, and our recommendations. Working together, we can achieve a true partnership, with one common goal-keeping your smile beautiful and your teeth, gums and jaw joints healthy!

New Patient Forms

Save time, take care of the paperwork now.

Our New Patient Forms are now available online so that you can complete your forms at your convenience. This gives you the time you need to carefully review our policies and procedures outside of the office and make your first visit easy.

Dental Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits.

If you have dental insurance, please provide us with verification prior to any treatment being rendered. Once we have verified your coverage, we will inform you of your co-payment for each appointment.

Please understand that dental insurance is a benefit and that you are ultimately responsible for all charges. In addition, if you have had a change in your insurance coverage, please inform the front desk staff of these changes so that our records may be updated.

Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion (co-payment) must be paid at the time of treatment. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for treatment.

At all times, you can be confident that we will always provide you with our best services without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage.

If you have any questions, our front office staff will be glad to assist you.

We take customer service to the next level.
